American country music singer-songwriter Lauren Alaina will release her upcoming EP “Unlocked” on June 9, 2023.
The EP comprises 6-track, with a guest collaborator from Lainey Wilson, produced by Joey Moi. It is her first EP under her new label Big Loud Records.
“I recorded these songs thinking about the girls back home,” Lauren Alaina said of the EP. “At some point or another, I’ve lived every one of these stories, and I think that might mean that they have, too. I hope they feel seen and heard whenever they turn this music on. Rossville girls: this is for you.”
She continued, “Sometimes you have to look all the way back to really move forward. My heart is completely Unlocked with this new project. This is just the beginning.”- 3Xg-NcMgmwk

From the EP, she unveiled the second single called “A Walk In The Bar” on June 2, 2023.
The track was written by Lauren Alaina, Casey Brown, Lydia Vaughan, and Parker Welling.
She first performed the song at Live In The Vineyard Goes Country back in April.
“'A Walk In The Bar' is sassy and shows off my personality perfectly," Lauren Alaina said of the song. “It's a getting over someone's song. It's a play on words, like, 'A walk in the park.' Getting over you was just a walk in the bar.'”
The accompanying live video was directed by Justin Clough, who shot in Shelbyville, Tenn.-
