Clifton 2.5 Announces Debut EP “Outskirts of Nowhere”, Shares New Song “Under Attack”
London-based singer-songwriter Clifton 2.5 announced her debut EP “Outskirts of Nowhere” would be released on April 14, 2023 via Leafy Outlook.
The EP comprises 4-track, produced by Ross Dorkin.
On February 17, she released a new song “Under Attack” from the EP.
Thr track was written by Harriet Kemble and produced by Ross Dorkin.
Clifton 2.5 said of the song, “This song is about the idea of preserving part of yourself in a relationship, not letting everything go at once but keeping your mind separate from the demands of a relationship until you find someone who you can really trust.”
The EP includes “Crossed Lines”, which was recorded using a half-broken electric organ found in the studio, and the title-track “Outskirts of Nowhere”, a piece inspired by the acclaimed novel “Where the Crawdads Sing”.- Photo by Sequoia Ziff
