44phantom Releases New Song “don't sleep, repeat” featuring Machine Gun Kelly
American singer-songwriter Brayton Matthews, aka 44phantom teamed up with American singer-songwriter Machine Gun Kelly to release a new song “don't sleep, repeat”.
For 44phantom, the song is the first single of 2022.
It was written by Machine Gun Kelly, 44phantom, Tim Pagnotta and Brian Phillips. Produced by Tim Pagnotta and Brian Phillips.
The accompanying music video was directed by Andrew Sandler.
He first performed the song on Machine Gun Kelly's Mainstream Sellout Tour at FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland on August 13, 2022.
44phantom shared on social media, “CLEVELAND THANK YOU SO FUCKING MUCH 🧡🖤🧡🖤 y'all really accepted me and made me feel like i was back home this weekend and i can't explain how dope that is. and Machine Gun Kelly thank u for everything big bro ur a fucking legend 🧡🧡”
He continued, “just wanna thank you colson for creating this song with me and believing in the vision ❤️ and shoutout the EST fam for supporting y'all are really going crazy so thank you so much ❤️❤️”- Brayton Matthews said why he named stage name 44phantom, “My oldest brother was born at 2:44, my sister was born at 8:44, and I was born at 11:44. My dad's sobriety date is 4/4/15. My grandpa was a very talented baseball player and he wore the number 44. That number was a part of my life before I was even born. My cousin Danny died in a car accident. I was thinking of the Danny Phantom cartoon to honor him, so I came up with 44phantom for my name.”
