She Won't Live Releases New Song “Gritty”
Brazilian rock singer-songwriter Violet Orlandi's band She Won't Live released a new song “Gritty” on October 30, 2021.
The song is their second single, following “Creatures” released back in January.
The track features hard rock sound vibe like Evanescence.
In December 2020, Violet Orlandi announced that she would be collaborating with Alice in Chains producer Toby Wright and Brian Diemar on a project titled She Won't Live, under the label F3 Entertainment.
The band is currently working on their upcoming debut album, they have already recorded around 12 songs, so far.
Back in May, Violet Orlandi released her solo debut album “High Priest Daughter”.
The album comprises of 10-track, Brian Diemar joined in the album as co-producer.
She said of the album, “It feels very surreal to finally have the album out, as most of the songs in here were never intended to be anything other than a personal exercise to help me cope with grief. I started writing these songs during my mom's final days and finished the album a couple of months after she had passed. Surprisingly, the songs don't sound as depressing as you would imagine, even though each track is pretty much a blurry polaroid of each stage that I went through trying to cope with death, grief, depression and finally getting a taste of life's horrors.”- nohIkVqh0_Y
