Scott Quinn said of the song in a statement;
"'Fallible Creatures' is a pensive song that explores the idea that we are all perfectly imperfect. We live in a world that manipulates us into chasing a ‘perfect’ ideal that is often impossible to attain. The journey and quest towards this elusive perfection is often the cause of great depression, anxiety and loss of self. Fallible Creatures is an anthem for all of us to remember that its ok to be imperfect, in fact it's not just ok, it's innately human."
Scott Quinn debuted with "There for You" in 2016. Last year, he released three singles such as "From Afar", "Know Me" and "Delicate".
He has played in orchestras to jazz bands before starting solo project. His music blends with electronic pop and R&B.
In August 2017, BBC picked up him as introducing artists, and Scott Quinn performed "From Afar" at the BBC Music Introducing Stage.
