Russian-German DJ Zedd recruited British singer-songwriter Griff for a new song “Inside Out”.
This marks the first time Zedd and Griff worked together. They recorded the song in Los Angeles before the COVID-19 pandemic.
The track is his second single of 2020 following “Funny” with Jasmine Thompson, which was released bacon July.
It was written by Delacey, Zedd, Michael Pollack, Jonas Jeberg and Griff.
Zedd shared on social media, “'Inside Out' is a special song to me and is one of my favorite things I’ve made in a while.
It makes me feel happy, optimistic, hopeful and enthusiastic... all things that I have been lacking throughout quarantine to be perfectly honest.
I really hope you enjoy the song as much as I do. I’ve started working on it around a year and a half ago; maybe some of you recognize some of the bits from some stories I’ve posted but today, finally, the song is out for everyone to hear. 🙂 And again, a huge thank you to Griff for the beautiful vocals.”
Griff said. “[It’s] about any relationship in your life that’s worth holding onto, whether it’s platonic or romantic.
