Rachel Lorin Shares New Song “Crazy House”
New York-based singer-songwriter Rachel Lorin released a new song “Crazy House” on February 27th.
The track is her first single of 2020 and will appear on her debut album “Worship The Unbroken”, which is expected to be released in 2020.
The accompanying music video was directed by Ryan Sadler. The video is dedicated to her late father (Fred Filsoof), who passed away in December 2019.
“‘Crazy House’ is about staying true to yourself and not changing to fit anyone else,” says Lorin, “I don’t believe in changing to fit society or what it wants you to be. It’s about loving who you are, even all the seemingly unlovable bits. It was important to me to convey that I’d rather be locked away than ever change who I am for anybody else. What is lost in being yourself are usually the people you should have gotten rid of anyway. Stay true and be you.”
