Echosmith Premieres New Music Video for “Shut Up and Kiss Me”
American alt-pop band Echosmith premiered a new music video for “Shut Up and Kiss Me” directed by Danny Drysdale, who also created the video for their previous song for “Lonely Generation”.
The song is the second single off of their upcoming sophomore album “Lonely Generation”, which is set to be released on January 20, 2020.
In the video, lead singer Sydney Sierota's real-life husband Cameron Quiseng appeared on. They married earlier this year.
“This song is so me,” Sydney Sierota said. “I fully believe in being forward with how you feel and not playing games. In my experience, the beginning is so fun and romantic but sometimes all you wanna say is, ‘Shut up and kiss me already!’”
The band will embark on North American Lonely Generation Tour with beginning at 9:30 Club in Washington D.C. on February 12, 2020,
