Kodaline Premieres New Music Video for “Head Held High”
Ireland-based modern rock band Kodaline has released a new music video for “Head Held High” directed by James Fitzgerald.
The song is the fifth single from their upcoming third studio album "Politics of Living", which is set to be released on September 28, 2018.
It was written by Liam O'Donnell, Jonny Coffer, Johnny McDaid and Kodaline.
The video follows a school dinner lady’s dream of auditioning for the school musical.
The new album is their first LP in three years since the Irish Albums chart No. 1 album "Coming Up for Air".
Kodaline teamed up with some producers and songwriters for the album, the likes of Steve Mac (‘Shape Of You’ by Ed Sheeran), Johnny Coffer (Rag’n’Bone Man, Beyonce), Jonas Jeberg (Dizzee Rascal, Kylie Minogue), Stephen Harris (Miles Kane, Kaiser Chiefs), as well as long-time collaborator Johnny McDaid (‘What About Us’ by Pink).

The band will wmbark on a headline tour in support of the album in Europe and North america this fall. The tour kicks off at TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht, Netherlands on October 4th and will conclude at TLA in Philadelphia on December 8th.
