Maroon 5 Premieres New Music Video for “What Lovers Do” Featuring SZA
Last month, American pop rock band Maroon 5 and American R&B star SZA released a new song “What Lovers Do” from the band's upcoming sixth studio album.
The track was written by Adam Levine, Brittany Talia Hazzard, Victor Rådström, Dyo and Elina Stridh.
The band performed the song for the first time at Rock in Rio in Rio de Janeiro on September 16.
On September 28, the band dropped a new music video for the song, and was directed by Joseph Kahn. It's a magical adventure in their fantasy-filled.- Back in 2015, guitarist James Valentine spoke about their sixth studio album, "to make a more traditional record next ... like the way we made Songs About Jane, just sitting in a room with our instruments and slugging it out. It’s been fun to experiment on the last couple of records with the more electronic sounds, but maybe we’ve gone as far as we can with that for now."
Frontman Adam Levine announced at the 2017 Teen Choice Awards that the album will be released in November 2017. -
