Norwegian alt-pop singer-songwriter Metteson will release his debut album “Look To A Star” this Friday (February 16).
The album comprises a 13-track, produced by Bastian Langebæk, Bendik Hovik Kjeldsberg, Metteson, and Vetle Junker.
On the album, he blends the universal and the personal to create a kaleidoscopic pop that is grand and theatrical.
Metteson told The Guardian, “I think I make music that's made to be experienced live. I hope that I can blow people away with a perfect pop experience.”
From the album, he released the title track as the fourth single and final promotional single on February 13, 2024.
The track was written by Sverre Breivik and Vetle Junker. Produced by Vetle Junker, Sverre Breivik and Bendik Hovik Kjeldsberg.
The accompanying music video was co-directed by Metteson and Sondre Røe.- Metteson said of the video, “Look To A Star is right around the corner and I'm nervous, excited, proud and scared.
