KAYTRANADA Releases Two New Songs “Lover/Friend” with Rochelle Jordan & “Stuntin” with Channel Tres
Haitian-Canadian DJ KAYTRANADA released two new singles “Lover/Friend” and “Stuntin” on November 30, 2023.
The double single caps off a massive year for him, following the release of his third studio album “KAYTRAMINÉ” with the American rapper Aminé, and supporting Canadian singer-songwriter The Weeknd on tour in Europe and South America.
On “Lover/Friend”, he teamed up with Toronto-based R&B singer-songwriter Rochelle Jordan. It was written by KAYTRANADA, Rochelle Jordan and Rush Davis.
The track is quintessential KAYTRANADA, providing his trademark bounce with enough negative space to let Rochelle Jordan's vocals shine.
On “Stuntin”, he worked with American rapper Channel Tres. It was written by KAYTRANADA, Channel Tres, Jerome Castille and Barney Bones.
