Eyes Like Lanterns Releases New Song “Autumn”
American alt-folk singer-songwriter Josh Cremers, aka Eyes Like Lanterns released a new song “Autumn” on April 28, 2023.
The song is the first single off of his upcoming third EP “Plague Spells”, which is set to be released on June 16, 2023.
The EP was entirely written and recorded during the pandemic lockdown. He had struggled with substance abuse, but used the lockdown as an opportunity to achieve sobriety, with the EP serving as a reflection of his personal journey of overcoming their struggles and refocusing on music.
Josh Cremers said of the song, “This song was the first song I wrote when lockdown happened and I was in the first 3 weeks of sobriety. I was finishing up releasing my previous EP All The Way Down and realizing how much harder I had been making my life by using drugs and alcohol.”- Photo by Alyssa Papernick
