Meghan Trainor Drops New Music Video for “Mother” featuring Kris Jenner
American singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor released the deluxe edition of her fifth major-label studio album “Takin' It Back” on March 10, 2023.
The original version of the album was released last October. It was her first album in two years since the 2020 album “Treat Myself” and Christ album “A Very Trainor Christmas”.
The deluxe edition comprises 20-track, including the previous 16-track, three new songs featuring Max and a remix of “Made You Look” featuring Kim Petras.
From the album, she has released a new song “Mother” along with a music video.
The track was written by Meghan Trainor, Sean Douglas, Gian Stone, Justin Trainor, and Pat Ballard. Produced by Gian Stone.
The accompanying video was directed by Charm La'Donna, featuring Kris Jenner.
Meghan Trainor said of the song in a statement, “This song is my response to being in the industry for almost a decade now and still finding myself in situations where I am talked down to or made to feel like my opinion isn't valid.
