SM6 Releases New Song “Generation Heartbreak”
American electro-pop band SM6, consisting of siblings George, Isabel, Adam, Emily, Eliana and Jack Jones, released a new song “Generation Heartbreak” on February 3, 2023.
The song will appear on their upcoming debut album (yet-untitled), which is expected to be released later this year.
The ballad explores SM6's heartache over the lack of sincerity in most modern love stories, being frustrated with the fact that no one else “looks at love the same way.”
Also, this early 2000s-esque vibe romanticizes the rom-com movie type of love in a post-modern world.
The track was written by Shayon Daniels, Isabel Jones, and Nicci Funicelli. Produced by Shayon Daniels and JENGA Productions.
