Dutch singer-songwriter Simon de Wit, aka Blanks has dropped a new music video for “Breathe In Breathe Out” directed by Johan Verhoeven.
The song was released on January 13, 2023. It is his first music since the 2022 album “Nothing Lasts Forever and That's Ok”.
The track was written and produced by Simon de Wit.
“Here's song, I wrote to remind myself what I should do when I get too stressed out,” Simon de Wit said of the song. “Back when we wrote this song over instagram together, it felt like a fun, breezy song. But it made me think a lot over the past few months. It made me realize I really had to breathe in, breathe out, and look at everything from a new perspective. When I look at the lyrics now, it feels like I’m describing EXACTLY how I felt the last few weeks - but it was written BEFORE I realized I was feeling this way. I guess songs have a funny way of telling you how you really feel.”
Blanks embarks on his headline tour “NL CLUBTOUR 2023”. The tour kicks off at Oosterpoort in Groningen on March 3, 2023.
