Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ ASTRALUX Releases New Song “Desert Dream”
Los Angeles-based rock band ASTRALUX, consisting of Will Schlich (vocals/guitar), Tai Ayres (guitar), Cam Fadl (bass) and Michael Lieberman (drums), released a new song “Desert Dream” on September 15, 2022.
The song is taken from their upcoming self-titled debut album, which is expected to be released early next year.
It was written and produced by ASTRALUX. The band recorded the song at at legendary Sunset Sound Studios.
The track blends searing guitar riffs with a powerful shuffle beat and desert imagery into an indelible rock anthem.
“The creation of the song itself almost feels like a dream,” Will Schlich explained of the song. “It started as a simple jam to warm up during a rehearsal, but as soon as we found that beat, the rest of the song came pouring out of us in a frenzy. In many ways, it's the culmination of all our chaotic, creative energy.”
