American singer-songwriter John Legend released a new song “Honey” from his upcoming eighth album on June 17, 2022.
The song is the second single off of the album, following “Dope” featuring American rapper JID.
This time, he teamed up with American singer-songwriter Muni Long on the track.
The track was written by John Stephens, Ryan Tedder, Melanie Fontana, Gregory "Aldae" Hein, Bernard "Harv" Harvey, Priscilla Hairston, Steven Franks and Lindgren. Produced by Mr. Franks, Ryan Tedder, Lindgren, Trey Campbell and Tommy Brown.
John Legend said, “I'm so thrilled to be releasing new music. The past year or so has been so exciting for me creatively. I have been writing and collaborating with some of the most talented people in music, and we have some great new material to share with the world.”
He will return to Las Vegas for the second leg of his residency, “Love in Las Vegas,” later this summer. Shows are scheduled to run from August 5th through August 20th, and between October 14th and 29th.
