Soccer Mommy Announces New Album “Sometimes, Forever”, Shares New Song “Shotgun”
American singer-songwriter Sophia Allison, aka Soccer Mommy announced her third studio album “Sometimes, Forever” would be released on June 24, 2022 via Loma Vista.
She worked with Oneohtrix Point Never’s Daniel Lopatin on the album.
The album comprises 11-track and is her first LP in two years.
From the album, she released a new song “Shotgun” with an accompanying music video on March 23, 2022.
It was written by Soccer Mommy and produced by Daniel Lopatin and Gabe Wax. The video was directed by Kevin Lombardo.
“‘Shotgun’ is all about the joys of losing yourself in love,” Sophia Allison said of the song in a statement. “I wanted it to capture the little moments in a relationship that stick with you.”
She embarks on her headline tour in the UK and Europe this summer. The tour kicks off at Rescue Rooms in Nottingham, UK on August 31 ,2022.
