Australian alt-pop singer-songwriter Tones And I has revealed a new music video for “Bad Child” directed by Nick Kozakis and Liam Kelly.
The track is one of double A-side single, including “You Can’t Be Happy All The Time”. She co-produced the song with Konstantin Kersting.
“I’ve always wanted to write a song in someone else’s shoes, writing from their perspective,” Tones And I said. “[This song] was the first time I got to do that. It’s seeing life growing up through someone else’s eyes. This is the first of a bunch of songs I’m releasing this year and I can’t wait to share more.”
Tones and I was scheduled to tour the U.S., Canada and Australia in April and May, but the tour was postponed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The rescheduled tour is now taking place in September and October.
She shared, “It is with deep regret that I have to postpone my Australian tour in May. My team and I have been working tirelessly to look at all options available to us during this uncertain time, but due to government lock down and for the safety of the general public, we’ve made the tough decision to move the dates. We managed to find availability in September/October to re-schedule the shows, are able to add Adelaide to the tour and have a venue upgrade for Hobart.”- source : Rolling Stone
