American actress Maya Hawke announced her debut album “Blush” will be released on June 19, 2020.
From the album, she dropped a new song “Blush” along with a music video directed by Amanda Kramer.
“‘By Myself’ was a secret message to myself, that I hope I’ll receive someday soon.” Maya Hawke said of the song. “The track is about projecting ideas you have about yourself onto other people.”
The album comprise of 12-track, including 2019’s singles “To Love a Boy” and “Stay Open”.
“This album happened accidentally,” she said in a statement. “From my point of view, Blush is a collection of secret messages, hidden communications with the people in my life.”
Maya Hawke is known for her role as Robin Buckley in Stranger Things, also known as the daughter of actress Uma Thurman and actor Ethan Hawke.- source : Pitchfork
