Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Shawn Mendes Premieres New Song “Nervous”
Canadian singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes has released a new song “Nervous” from his upcoming self-titled third album, which is out on May 25th.
The track is a countdown single. It was written by Shawn Mendes, Julia Michaels and Scott Harris.
The song follows previous singles "In My Blood," "Lost In Japan," "Youth" featuring Khalid and "Where Were You In the Morning?".
Co-writer Julia Michaels performed "Like to Be You" on the album as guest vocals, as well.
Shawn Mendes was nominated for the 2018 Billboard Music Awards for "Top Social Artist". Unfortunately, he did not win, but he performed "Youth" along with Khalid on the ceremony.
He will perform on BBC Music The Biggest Weekend on May 27th. Also, he will embark "Shawn Mendes: The Tour" in support of the album from March 7th, 2019 through to August 24, 2019.
