Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Erin Sanger Premieres New Short Film “Mutt”
A filmmaker from Denver, Colorado Erin Sanger created a new short film “Mutt”.
The film won Kathryn Tucker Windham Storytelling Award at Sidewalk Film Festival 2017.
Erin Sanger wrote and directed the film. Starring Corey Cost, Taylor Hess and Noel Wilson, featuring Kenzie Ross.
The film draws young guy Michael (Corey Cott) with addiction problem and his family, who is sister Lindsey (Taylor Hess) and father Tom (Noel Wilson).
His family wants to take him to Lindsey's home, but he has a dog “Floyd”. His father denied Floyd and let the dog to go.
Michael and Lindsey were angry with their father and looked for the dog around there.
However Floyd was waiting in front of Michael's home. Tom finally accepted him, like his son.- Erin Sanger graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Her work has screened at over fifty film festivals internationally including SXSW and Tribeca Film Festivals.
She won Wasserman Award and was nominated for Student Academy Award nominee and Webby Award Honoree.
