Natasha Bedingfield Drops New Song “Together In This” from Animated Film “Jungle Beat: The Movie” Soundtrack
- British singer-songwriter Natasha Bedingfield joined in the animated film “Jungle Beat: The Movie” soundtrack.
On June 26th, she dropped a new song “Together In This” along with a music video from the soundtrack.
The song was written by Natasha's best friend Jonas Myrin. The video features cameos from Jonas Myrin and digital creator Anastasia Radzinskaya.
“A lot of my songs that have been successful have been very positive,” Natasha Bedingfield told American Songwriter. “But [“Together in This”] just felt really beautiful – like a friend reminding me who I am through a song. [Ultimately,] I always try to make songs that are saying something, that are leading me or leading the listener somewhere and making us look up – helping us to look beyond the hardships. For me, music has been that. Music has been this amazing place [and an] amazing vehicle for me to look past difficult circumstances.”
“Jungle Beat: The Movie” was directed by Brent Dawes, starring David Menkin, David Rintoul and Gavin Peter. The film was released on June 26th.
“[Jungle Beat: The Movie] is a family movie; it’s time where people are with their families a lot,” she said. “They’re pulling their hair out trying to figure out ways to entertain their children, stuck with the ones they love. Or, they’re alone, trying to keep [their] mental health [in good condition]. And I think that there’s so many serious, important conversations going on. But having fun and spending time together, that’s so important right now – that’s just as important.”
