Taylor Swift Premieres New Music Video for “The Man”
Last week, American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift dropped a live video for “The Man (Live From Paris)” with acoustic.
Following the live video, she premiered a new music video for the song, directed by Taylor Swift herself. It is her directorial debut.
In the clip, she played as the character (voiced by Dwayne Johnson) with special effects makeup, as well as her father and TikTok Queen Loren Gray appeared on.
Also the video is influenced from Roman Polanski's 1965 film “Repulsion” and Leonardo DiCaprio's 2013 film “The Wolf of Wall Street”.
Taylor Swift shared on social media, “Just sitting here pondering how happy I am that The Man music video is OUT. I want to say thank you to so many people- Gotta thank @therock for voicing The Man and for being so supportive of my music for years (and now my directorial debut!)- it’s so cool to have you be a part of this!!
