Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Avril Lavigne & YUNGBLUD Team Up for New Song “I'm A Mess”
Canadian singer-songwriter Avril Lavigne joined forces with British singer-songwriter YUNGBLUD to release a new song “I'm A Mess” on November 4, 2022.
Back in 2020, Avril Lavigne and YUNGBLUD performed “I'm With You” on The YUNGBLUD Show. But the new track is their first recording song.
The track was written by Avril Lavigne, John Feldmann, Dominic Harrison, and Travis Barker. Produced by John Feldmann and Travis Barker.
The accompanying music video was directed by P Tracy, who filmed it in London and Los Angeles.
YUNGBLUD shared on social media, “the song we're about to drop is full on lookin out the window of your parents car pretendin you're in a music video vibes.”
The song will appear on her upcoming deluxe edition of the seventh studio album “Love Sux”.
Back in February, she told Kyle Meredith in the interview that she wrote over 30 songs for the album and originally planed to release the album as a double album.- Photo by Tom Pallant
