Sigrid Performs “Mirror” at NRK P3 Gull 2021
Norwegian singer-songwriter Sigrid performed “Mirror” at NRK P3 Gull 2021.
NRK P3 Gull 2021 is Norway's music awards by Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation, which was held on November 28, 2021.
Sigrid was nominated for Song Of The Year with “Mirror”.
The song was released back in May and is her first single since the 2019 debut album “Sucker Punch”.
She also released an acoustic version by piano of the song in June.
Sigrid said of the song. “The piano has always been my favourite place to be.It's where I forget everything that I need to do, or should do.. and it's kinda the same in the studio when writing songs. I like to check if it works just on the piano, and if the song passes that test, it's good to go! It's where I started writing songs when I was 16, and it's cool to always come back to that space in between all those big, exciting productions.”
Recently, the song is nominated for the Hottest Record of the Year at BBC Radio 1.- source : NRK
