TGC Releases New Album “Parallels”: Streaming
Norway-England electro-pop duo TGC (The Green Children), consisting of Milla Fay Sunde and Marlow Bevan, released their long-awaited third studio album “Parallels” on July 8, 2021 via Illuminated City.
The album comprises of 11-track including Embody's remix version of “Dreamers” and is their first LP in 8 years.
TGC shared on social media, “Today we finally release our Third Album!! A time to celebrate a fascinating adventure and not least your beautiful support. The warmth we have received over the years is truly special, we really do feel a genuine connection to you all. We're a group who seem to see the world in a similar way, a collective of compassionate dreamers. It hasn't always been an easy journey in this industry but traveling alongside such sweet people has certainly made it a beautiful one. Sending our sincere love, Milla & Marlow ❤️”- The duo has created a celestial electro-pop album filled with adventure.
Milla Fay Sunde said of the title track, “I've found that sometimes one lifetime is not enough, and paths you'd thought to adventure down come to a sudden end. If you've ever felt your world spinning into another direction to a seemingly parallel storyline, you'll probably relate to this song.”
The duo told The Playground about creating process, “With many of our songs, there isn't much initial mental thought involved! Sometimes we're not sure where any of the musical ideas have come from, they just flow out (at least the good ones!). However, once the musical ideas were in place, Milla drew upon some vivid childhood memories and just started improvising. Many of our songs begin that way, it feels like the purest avenue for the melody based on unfiltered instincts.” - source : Apple Music
