Yves Paquet Returns With New Song “25-28”
Last month, Belgian singer-songwriter Yves Paquet returned with his brand new song “25-28”, following the collaboration single “NIGHTSHIFT” with Lacraps, and “Talk About the Weather” released in 2019.
It was produced by Ant Whiting and the accompanying music video was directed by Jules Guérin.
Yves Paquet said of the song, “I grew up in a village in the countryside, like many villages in Belgium. The song is kind of a Mrs. Robinson story about how (mostly) your first summer fling in your small hometown or village isn't the big love of your life. It's not the end of the world but at that time it feels like that. I wanted to capture the sound of a summer in my youth.”
He explained about the video, “I asked french visual artist Jules Guérin to create the video for 25-28. I've admired the originality and personal style of the clips that he's made for himself and for others. I feel lucky to put out something I love with the visual that translates the images in my head into living colors and shapes. She was 25-28, her age, my mistake, she wasn't ready for the love that I gave.”- source : World Today News
