Azealia Banks Releases New Holiday Themed EP “Icy Colors Change”: Stream
Earlier this year, New York-based rapper and singer-songwriter Azealia Banks announced the cancellation of her second album "Fantasea II" after filming an appearance on Nick Cannon's MTV comedy series "Wild 'N Out".
“Album is cancelled. I need some time to relax and bounce on dick. I’ll release new music when I feel like it…” she wrote in an Instagram post.
But she has released a new three-track EP “Icy Colors Change” for the holiday season.
The EP includes “Icy Colors Change” and two cover songs such as “What Are You Doing New Year's Eve” and “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas”.
Back in January, she released a demo version of “Icy Colors Change”. It was written by Dorian Strickland and Azealia Banks.
“What Are You Doing New Year's Eve” is a classic popular song written in 1947 by Frank Loesser.
“Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas” was released by Judy Garland in the 1944. It was written by Hugh Martin and Ralph Blane.
