Carly Pearl Drops New Music Video for “Human Doing”
New York-based singer-songwriter Carly Pearl has dropped a new music video for “Human Doing” directed by Yana Sasha.
The song was released last month as her sixth single of 2023. It was written by Carly Pear, David Baron, and Miyazawa Hikari.
Carly Pearl said of the song, “This song is here to remind us that we are 'Beings' not 'Doings' and its okay to slow down and 'be' without producing all our time away. Human Doing was born in the same space with the same beautiful souls that brought you Pronoia.”
She continued, “We used all live instruments and analog gear on this track. It has a classic retro flavor and a message I'm passionate about. Take a moment to listen and let yourself be today.”
She added, “I don't know who needs to hear this. But you are a human being. You are not a human doing. And it is OK. No, it is important for you to just be and not be producing all the time.
