Chonna Releases New Song “Teach Me”
Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Chonna Crisstelle, aka Chonna released a new song “Teach Me” on July 21, 2023.
The song is the first single off of her upcoming debut album, which is expected to be released in fall 2023.
It was written by Chonna Crisstelle and produced by Andrei Dan.
The track embraces the good and bad parts of a relationship, and how we overcome the hurdles that are associated with being in love.
Chonna said of the song, “'Teach Me' is a raw and vulnerable song that explores the struggles we all face in building healthy relationships, both with ourselves and with our partners. It's about the moments of doubt and uncertainty, and the need for support and love to get through them.”- Chonna is a nomad from Texas, now residing in California.
She found relief in the written word, channeling her angst into poetry before finally discovering her voice in music, and released debut EP “inkBLOT”.
The EP served as an anthem for those who have experienced trauma and sought to break the stigma surrounding it.
She explained her music, “I vow tell my stories, as if it’s the first time, every time. to speak my truth and lead by example. I aim to be authentic and vulnerable by singing my songs unveiled. I am you and you are me, now let’s just be.” - source : Apple Music
