  • Dominic Fike Releases New Song “Ant Pile”

  • American singer-songwriter Dominic Fike will release his sophomore album “Sunburn” on July 7, 2023 via Columbia Records.

It is his first body of work in three years since the 2020 debut album “What Could Possibly Go Wrong”.
From the album, he unveiled the second single called “Ant Pile”, following “Dancing in the Courthouse” released back in April.
The track was written by Dominic Fike, and Julian Cruz. Produced by Jim-E Stack, Julian Cruz, Henry Kwapis, and Devin Workman.

“Ant Pile” reflects on the awkwardness of puberty, high school hook-ups, and difficult family situations.
Dominic Fike shared on socail media, “New song, I made a song a while ago and it's called 'Ant Pile' when it was released last night I believe and I'm fucking site. And in honor of that, I'm going to post two photos a couple photos of me with a mustache that I have shaved since and I will not be I won't be going back to that. And I'm going to it...”
  • The new album comprises 14-track, in which he worked with producer Jim-E-Stack, his band band drummer Henry Kwapis and bassist Devon Workman.
Press materials describe it as having themes of “heartbreak and regret, addiction, sex, and jealousy”.
Also, the album is autobiographical in nature, and inspired by his childhood in Florida.
He announced North American Tour 2023 dates in support of the album. The tour kicks off at TCU Amphitheater at White River State in Indianapolis on July 13 and will conclude at Iroquois Amphitheatre in Louisville on August 30, 2023.
