Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Wendy Dale Young released a cover of British singer Dusty Springfield's “The Look of Love” as her debut single on April 11, 2023.
The original version of the song was released by Dusty Springfield in 1967.
The song was written by Burt Bacharach and Hal David. Originally, the song was intended to be an instrumental. But Hal David added the lyrics. The song was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2008.
The cover version was produced by Michael B. Sutton.
