Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Hunter Daily released her second single called “Before It Falls Apart” on October 14, 2022.
The song is follow-up to the debut song “Die In LA”, which was released in September.
Both singles of “Before It Falls Apart” and “Die In LA” will appear on her upcoming debut EP.
It was written by Hunter Daily, Matt Hall, David Schaeman and Orion Meshorer.
Produced by David Schaeman, Orion Meshorer and Jenna Andrews.
The accompanying music video was directed by Austin Simkins.
Hunter Daily said of the song, “'Before It Falls Apart' is my self-inflicted heartbreak song. This song is about my experience with letting my head get the best of me and letting my pessimistic ideas about love ruin a good thing, even before it has a chance to start.”- She shared on social media, “This song is super special to my heart. A little bit about me is that my parents were married in Vegas on the flip of a coin. Like literally they had probably only known each other for a few weeks…. They flipped a coin and my dad said something along the lines of “heads we get married, tails we don't.” And it landed on heads!!! So they got married but it didn't last very long. They have been separated for as long as I can remember. It put an interesting idea of love into my head. I grew to be a little more pessimistic about love, and I didn't really believe in healthy long-lasting relationships… I self-sabotaged in a lot of ways. So this is the song I wrote to my little Hunter self so she can hopefully move on from those beliefs. If you were someone who also gets in their head when it comes to love, this song is for you 💗”
