Back in 2017, Toronto-based singer-songwriter Aja Neinstein joined in American DJ Gazzo’s “Heart Won’t Beat” as AJA9 at 13-year old. The upbeat dance-pop song became an instant hit with Radio Disney and heralded the arrival of a bright new star.
Following the song, she released her debut song “Nerve” as AJA on May 14th.
The song features a cheerful piano and an energetic beat and becomes an empowerment anthem.
The 16-year-old singer said of the song “Nerve is an empowerment song to inspire people to stand up for what they believe in and to defy the norms and words we are often called as women.”- source : Idolator
