Earlier this year, New York City-based alt-pop duo The Brilliance released their sophomore album “Suite No. 2 World Keeps Spinning: An Antidote to Modern Anxiety” for the first time in two years.
Following the album, The duo released a new 3-track EP “Give Me Doubt” on March 13th.
The EP is an attempt at a Remedy for Spiritual Violence. Spiritual violence, done in the name of religion, comes from a certainty that the others are always totally wrong. Give Me Doubt attempts to go towards the courage of curiosity and humility. “Who are these people? What are their stories? What can we learn from them?” It was recorded in New York City and Paris with people from around the globe of different faiths and world views.- source : Apple Music
