Norwegian singer-songwriter Tone Damli premiered a new song "Strangers" and dropped a lyric video on VEVO. The song was written and produced by Kristoffer Tømmerbakke, Jesper Borgen and Erik Smaaland.
The track is rhythmic and radio friendly sound. Music style is different from previous song "Pinnacle".
About the new song, she said (Original Language Norwegian);
"Strangers are about a love relationship where the quarrel is real and arguing and discussions arise. The wounded feeling when one wakes up in the morning after a quarrel the night before. It's about trying to retrieve the New-Norwegian feeling, as one was unknown to others, when one did that little extra. To be a little fearless and childish. "-
Tone Damli is know as a contestant in the Norwegian version of the Idol series. She was the runner-up in the Norwegian version of Idol in 2005. Also, she contended in the Norwegian Eurovision Song Contest 2009 finals.
To date, she has released six albums including as Tone Damli Aaberge's three albums. Her latest album "Di Første Jul" was released in 2014.
