Rén with the Mane Releases New Song “Fool For You”
Brooklyn-based alt-pop singer-songwriter Renée Orshan, aka Rén with the Mane has delivered a new song “Fool For You” following the previously released single "Burnin".
Renée Orshan said of the song, “Initially I wrote this song about a friend's experience. She kept going back to this man after he burned her one too many times, and as a wise man once said, you can't polish a turd.”
The track is an electronic pop sound unlike previous song and reminiscent of The 1975.
Rén with the Mane debuted in 2014. Since then, she has released 10 singles including the new song.
On the live, she performs with Eden Orshan (keys, vocals), Reuben Orshan (guitar, vocals), Jon Anderson (bass), and Enrique Perez (drums).- Rén with the Mane said in a statement, “Everything in today’s society is rushed. Beautiful photos are glanced at and then immediately swiped to see what next. Songs should be enjoyed from beginning to end. Our parents listened to albums from beginning to end. You need to create a relationship in order to fall in love. And the same goes for music.”
