5 Seconds of Summer & Charlie Puth Share Remix Version “Easier”
5 Seconds of Summer teamed up with Charlie Puth to create remix version of “Easier”.
The original version was released back in May. Charlie Puth performed as background vocals on the original version.
The track was written by watt, Ali Tamposi, Louis Bell, Charlie Puth, Michael Clifford, Calum Hood, Luke Hemmings, Ashton Irwin and OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder.
The song is inspired from Depeche Mode and Tears for Fears when making the song, as well as Nine Inch Nails’ “Closer.”
“There is a darker tone to this record intentionally,” the band said, adding that there has been “a growing attention to industrial rhythm within the band.”
The track will appear on their their upcoming fourth studio album. It is their first release on Interscope.- source : Rolling Stone
