Atlanta-based rapper Kenny Mason will release his upcoming sophomore album “Angelic Hoodrat: Supercut” on April 16, 2021.
From the album, he unveiled a new song “Play Ball” as the third single off on March 26th, following “Partments” and “Pup”.
The track was written by Kenny Mason and Julian Cruz, who also produced it. The accompanying animated video was directed by Elijah Chauvin and Fabrice Mercier.
He sings about the realities of Atlanta street life before transitioning into a lyrical onslaught detailing what it takes to come up on his side of ATL.
