Swedish singer-songwriter Maja Kristina released her brand new song “The Idea Of Me” along with a lyric video on June 24th.
Initially, the song was supposed to be released in April, but it was delayed. At that time, Maja Kristina said, “I’m going to delay the release of “The Idea of Me”, all for the best though. I just want everything to be absolutely perfect.”
The track follows up “Idiot” released last November. Produced by Royal Z.
“It’s about being fed up with someone assuming you’re going to be a certain way when you’re not,” she explained. “The production is playful and balances out the seriousness of the lyrics.
