Tove Lo Premieres New Music Video for “hey you got drugs?”
Swedish singer-songwriter Tove Lo has unveiled a new music video for “hey you got drugs?” directed by Brewer.
The video features the tour backstage following an emotional live appearance.
She wrote on Instagram, “I heard your wishes babes. Here’s something pretty beautiful we put together for ‘hey you got drugs?,' Thank you for your endless love and support. You’re all magic.”
The song is included on her third studio album "Blue Lips", which was released in November. It was written by Tove Lo and Alex Hope.
Tove Lo said about working with Alex Hope, "I came into the session with her, never met her before and she just goes “so how are you?” and I fully start crying in front of her and she’s like “I feel like we should do whatever you need to get out of you today, let’s work with that” and she just like, I guess came up with these chords based on my tears. This whole chapter (“PITCH BLACK”) feels very vulnerable to me and talking about it feels a bit weird but I’m good at, you know, embracing my flaws and my sometimes destructive behavior but not really admitting that I might need to change in that."- source : Rolling Stone
