  • Brooke Moriber Premieres New Song “Hello Happy”

  • New York-based singer-songwriter Brooke Moriber has delivered a new song “Hello Happy” via streaming music services.

    The song was premiered exclusively on AXS.com.
    She wrote the song in Nashville with her friends Bill DiLuigi and Brian Desveaux, produced by Matt Anthony.
    The track is her first single of the 2018 following a debut EP "Here and Gone".

    She told AXS.com about the song;
    “My new single 'Hello Happy' is a high energy pop song that celebrates happiness despite all of its flaws. It has a philosophical message if you think about the lyrics, but the hooky melody just makes it a fun song to work out to or belt out in the shower. I wrote this in Nashville with my friends Bill DiLuigi and Brian Desveaux and we had a blast throwing in some Beatles and Jerry McGuire references. I had it produced in my hometown, NYC, by the amazing Matt Anthony. The song is about being afraid to allow yourself to be happy because happiness comes and goes so quickly. We wrote about happiness like it’s a drug or a lover. Inevitably, by the end of the song we give in to happiness because, even if it is fleeting, that’s all the more reason to enjoy the moment.”
  • Brooke Moriber started her music carrer on the Broadway stage and performed with Cyndi Lauper and Alan Cumming in The Threepenny Opera.
    And she has contributed the songs to network television and several soundtracks as a songwriter.
    In addition, she appeared on the film and TV as an actress, such as "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" (2001), "Descent" (2007), "Termite: The Walls Have Eyes" (2011) and "Off Track Betty" (2016).
    She released the debut EP "Here and Gone" in 2017.
