Maya Donovan Returns With New Song “We Should Get Dinner”
Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter Maya Donovan is back with a new song “We Should Get Dinner” on May 11, 2023.
The song is her first music in five years since the 2018 debut EP “Infested”.
It was written by Maya Donovan and produced by Lomme.
Backed by rich vocal harmonies, her light and alluring musical melody strikingly contrasts with her cutting lyrics.
The title of the song is as ironic as it is sincere. Moreover, it depicts the painful process of yearning for a fading relationship.
Maya Donovan said of the song, “I wrote this song while watching a lot of my friendships change after graduating from college and moving back to Brooklyn, where I grew up.
