Petit Biscuit Drops New Music Video for “We Were Young” featuring JP Cooper
French DJ Petit Biscuit and English singer-songwriter JP Cooper have dropped a new music video for “We Were Young”.
The video was directed by Pierre Saba-Aris, starring Rod Paradot, Marilyn Lima and Mehdi Benjelloun.
Petit Biscuit wrote on Facebook, “To relive the aching memory of a lost love. Marilyn, Rod, and I play our wax alter-egos in my new music video for 'We Were Young.'”
The song was released back in May. It was written by Sam Merrifield, Raphaella Mazaheri-Asadi, Petit Biscuit and JP Cooper.
“We Were Young” is a hymn to an innocent love, a beautiful love… even a bit too beautiful to be true,” Petit Biscuit said of the song. “Working together with JP on the different vocal parts of the track was a real pleasure. His particular tone brought a lot of freshness to my electronic production.”
JP Cooper added, “It was really interesting to try and write a classic sounding chorus over such a modern sounding track and I’m super happy with how it turned out.”- source : YouTube
