Swedish singer-songwriter Benjamin Ingrosso released a new song “Smile”. It is his first single in English in a year.
He wrote the song for his sister Bianca Ingrosso. It was written by Britt Burton, Benjamin Ingrosso and Hampus Lindvall, who also produced the track.
The accompanying music video was directed by Kristoffer Berglund.
Benjamin Ingrosso shared on social media, “It’s been a while now since I released anything in English and I know a lot of you guys have been waiting for this specific song. This song means a lot to me since I wrote it for my sister - the one person in my life that knows me inside and out!! Bianca Ingrosso However, I want the song to be a reminder to everyone about how important it is to appreciate all the beautiful people you have in your life. Especially after this year where most of us have had to distance ourselves from our close friends and family. Better times are on its way! So remember to keep your hope up, If you smile - I smile!✨”- He continued, “Bianca! I could write a whole book about how much you mean to me…! You know me better than I know myself and I wouldn’t be the man I am today if it wasn’t for you! I waited a long time to write you a song, because it had to be the perfect one - Not too sad, not too happy but still melodic and hopeful!
