LÉON Releases Self-Titled Debut Album: Streaming
Swedish singer-songwriter Lotta Lindgren, aka LÉON released her self-titled debut album on March 1, 2019.
The album comprises of 10-track including the first single “Baby Don’t Talk”, the promotional single "Falling’' and "You And I".
The sound is inspired from '70s music and R&B like Fleetwood Mac. “Their record Rumors, that’s just them gossiping about each other,” she told Billboard last year. “I love hearing gossip about songs -- like, that was about that?” Especially "You And I" is Fleetwood Mac sound.
She made an appearance on Spotify’s Singles album with the cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams”.
The album is featuring some love songs like "Pink" and "What You Said", which are inspired from her personal relationship and heartbreak “I’ve gone looking inside myself more, like, ‘What are the reasons why you ended up in these situations?’” she said.
Also she collaborated with American electronic music duo Grey on “Want You Back” during creating the debut album.- source : Billboard
