Anne-Marie & Little Mix Release Acoustic Version of “Kiss My (Uh Oh)”
British singer-songwriter Anne-Marie and girl group Little Mix released an acoustic version of “Kiss My (Uh Oh)”.
The original version of the song is included on Anne-Marie's sophomore album “Therapy”, which was released back in July.
It was written by Jake Banfield, KAMILLE, Pete Nappi, Steven “Lenky” Marsden, UPSAHL and Anne-Marie.
Also, Anne-Marie announced a remix of “Kiss My (Uh Oh)” would be released on August 26th.
The remix version features RAYE, Stefflon Don and Becky Hill.
Meanwhile, Little Mix announce that they will be releasing their first greatest hits album “Between Us” on November 12th, in celebration of their ten-year anniversary.
Anne-Marie told Apple Music about the song, “Little Mix and I have been wanting to collaborate for so long. When this song came up, I sent it to Leigh-Anne [Pinnock]. Little Mix made it a hundred times better. It felt good to collaborate with girls, because for some reason, I tend to collaborate with boys. For me, this is song is about realizing that someone isn't treating you right and plucking up the courage to walk away. It samples Lumidee's 'Never Leave You (Uh Oooh, Uh Oooh),' which is the complete opposite meaning. But I just love that song. It was popping off in Essex when I was younger.”- zI8xy1_hjNY
