Ten Tonnes Announces New Album “Dancing, Alone”, Shares New Song “Monday Morning”
British singer-songwriter Ethan Barnett, aka Ten Tonnes is back and announced his sophomore album “Dancing, Alone” would be released on July 28, 2023.
It is his first album in four years since the 2019 self-titled debut album.
The album comprises 12-track, written and produced by Ethan Barnett.
Ten Tonnes shared on social media, “I have written, produced and performed this record myself and it means the world to me. I can't wait for you to hear it, I am so immensely proud of it.”
From the album, he unveiled the first single called “Monday Morning” on February 8, 2023.
Ten Tonnes said of the song, “I wrote this song at the tail end of 2020 while I was trying lots of different ideas out for the new album. I think lyrically it's a clear reflection of where my mental health was at the point. The opening verses are very introspective and dark at points and I wanted the chorus to open up and feel a lot more euphoric in contrast. I think the world needs more guitar power pop so here's my take on it!”
